Cette technique, tr\u00e8s puissante, permet d\u2019effectuer un diagnostic sur divers sujets (Management, leadership, communication, \u2026), soit dans un cadre classique (Aide au d\u00e9veloppement du salari\u00e9), soit en situation de tension.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>A quoi \u00e7a sert ?\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est relativement facile d\u2019effectuer un diagnostic des savoirs et des savoir-faire, mais il peut \u00eatre plus difficile d\u2019\u00e9valuer les comportements et les savoir-\u00eatre.
