Surtout pas crois\u00e9s ou d\u00e9cal\u00e9s. Cela permet d\u2019avoir la colonne vert\u00e9brale dans l\u2019axe. C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape d\u2019une bonne posture et \u00e7a assure l\u2019ancrage au sol en plus de l\u2019assise !<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2\u00a0 &#8211; Angle cuisse-ventre \u00e0 90\u00b0.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Cela permet d\u2019avoir une bonne position des ischions, et d\u2019avoir la colonne droite. Cela diminue les effets de cambrure et permet un bon auto-grandissement et les bons positionnements du corps et cela prot\u00e8ge le dos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3- Se grandir ou l\u2019auto-grandissement.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">C&rsquo;est le Docteur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.degasquet.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Bernadette de Gasquet<\/em><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.albin-michel.fr\/ouvrages\/pour-en-finir-avec-le-mal-de-dos-9782226316974\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(\u00ab\u00a0pour en finir avec le mal de dos\u00a0\u00bb chez Albin michel)<\/a> qui \u00e9voque l\u2019auto-grandissement. C\u2019est le fait de se grandir, \u00ab\u00a0imaginer pousser un plafond virtuel au-dessus de votre t\u00eate\u00a0\u00bb\u2026 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat est d\u2019aligner la colonne, de la mettre droite et de solliciter (contracter) les muscles profonds de l\u2019abdomen !\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>4- Rentrer le menton.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">L\u2019objectif est d\u2019aligner la t\u00eate avec le reste de la colonne. La t\u00eate avec ses vert\u00e8bres cervicales est la continuit\u00e9 de la colonne. Elle p\u00e8se 3 \u00e0 5 kg suivant les personnes et pour diminuer l\u2019impact de ce poids sur le cou et la colonne, il est important de rentrer le menton.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>5- Rel\u00e2cher les \u00e9paules et les abaisser.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Prendre conscience de ces 2 actions est essentiel. Nous ne nous en rendons pas compte, mais nous avons tendance \u00e0 contracter les muscles des \u00e9paules et aussi \u00e0 les monter ! Durablement, cela aura des impacts sur le haut du dos, le cou et les \u00e9paules.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>6- Coude au centre au plus proche de vous.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">En gros, votre bras est beaucoup moins lourd \u00e0 porter si vous avez les coudes au plus proche de vous et les coudes les plus au centre possible\u2026 C\u2019est dans cette position que les contraintes sur les \u00e9paules et les coudes sont les moins importantes ! Pensez &#8211; y dans toutes les postures que vous avez. Notamment quand vous \u00eates assis toute la journ\u00e9e !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Astuces bonus*<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>7- Les \u00e9crans, ou ce que vous faites \u00e0 hauteur des yeux et en face.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">En effet, il est important que votre regard soit port\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur des yeux pour diminuer les probl\u00e9matiques de cou. Aussi toujours \u00eatre face \u00e0 ce que nous faisons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>8- Les \u00e9tirements.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Nous en parlerons dans une prochaine vid\u00e9o, mais les \u00e9tirements sont essentiels.
